Academic Counseling
The State Center Adult Education Consortium is composed of adult schools, community colleges, regional occupational programs, and various local agencies. The consortium works to link adult learners with educational programs and services that facilitate smooth transitions into the workforce and/or post-secondary education.

Kee Yang (need to add Kee’s picture)
Kee Yang is a graduate of California State University, Stanislaus, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Before this position, he served as an Outreach and Admissions Counselor at San Jose Job Corps, promoting workforce training programs for youth and young adults. Kee also worked in the non-profit mental health field as an Employment Specialist. As a first-generation Hmong American college student, he understands the importance of guidance and mentorship when accessing new opportunities.
